1) Supply of Nutritional Food & Beverages targeting these children living in slum areas.

We offer high quality food that is delicious, healthy and fortified to improve the individual’s nutrition. We make good nutrition accessible to all people in Cambodia thereby improving the health and well-being of all Cambodians.

2) Creation of employment for poor families with support to the domestic industry. 

We exist to create sustainable employment for women and youth from Hagar’s Social Programs and other NGO programs who have completed Career... Pathways Training.

Compared to other Asian Countries, the development of the domestic industry in Cambodia has been remarkably delayed because of the Polpot regime of 1975 -1979 and the aftermath of civil war, making the per capita GDP one of the poorest. Therefore there are still numerous poor families where there is still severe malnutrition among the children.

According to The Survey ‘Demographic and Health Survey, it is reported that 32% of children are malnourished. 10% are ‘stunted or wasted’ and 24% are under weight.

To address the problem, we established a social enterprise in Cambodia called So! Nutritious in 2009.

Soy milk has high in protein!

So! Nutritious produces soy milk, a product which can inexpensively ingest protein abundantly to improve the nutritional health and wellbeing of the child.
